For this thread, think of an ayah in juz amma that contains laam al qamariyyah. Without saying the ayah or the surah, give a hint to your classmate about what ayah you are thinking of and have her identify the laam al qamariyyah word. 
I'll start:
The first word of this surah has laam al qamariyyah. The ayah itself is only one word, too. There is no و or ف attached.

This surah begins with ت but the the letter in the first ayah is ه.

The first ayah is with laam al qamariyyah (ه)but the surah is with laam ash shamaiyyah (ت)

Oh surah al-takaathur. It starts with a hamzatul qat' though (and is a verb). Definitely can get tripped up with that one. 

Here is another one:
It is the only laam al qamariyyah word in the ayah that proves that one must worship Allaah with sincerity.
